Begin where you are.

A quiet guide to the practice — for the woman or man wondering whether this is for them, and which door to walk through first.

Find your session

A few quiet questions to find your door.

Three short questions. No data is stored — only a gentle recommendation for the session that may meet you best.

Question 1 of 3

What is most alive for you right now?

01

Is this work right for me?

If you are a woman or a man moving through anxiety, relationship pain, old wounds, identity questions, separation or divorce, the difficulty of forming or sustaining a real relationship, the wound a man can carry after being left, or the quiet sense that something is missing — yes. The work meets you whether you are beginning or already deep in your inner journey.

02

Which session should I choose?

Unsure: begin with A First Listening (60 minutes). For deeper trauma or shadow work, choose The Held Hour (90 minutes). For separation or divorce, A Threshold Crossed. For sustained transformation across a season, apply for A Season of Holding.

03

What happens during the first session?

Nothing you have to prepare for. We sit together, you share what is true, and we begin to listen to what your story, your body, and your patterns are asking. You leave with a clearer sense of what is next.

04

Is this therapy, or mentoring?

It is integrative therapeutic work — psychology, trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, shadow work, and spiritual integration. Neither purely clinical nor purely spiritual; both, woven carefully.

05

How do online sessions work?

Sessions are held privately over a secure video link. You receive a confirmation and a calm room to enter from wherever you are. Online sessions are as deep and as held as in-person ones.

06

What do you help with?

Deep emotional wounds, anxiety, relationship patterns, the inability to build or sustain a real relationship, divorce and separation, the long ache of being left, the wound to a man's sense of himself after a marriage ends, childhood wounds, identity, shadow work, life transitions, and the long return to one's authentic self.
